So much so, I named my blog after it.

Of course what would a dirty rice blog be without dirty rice recipes? Don’t worry, I’ll have plenty.  But tonight I have to finish taking down the last Christmas ornaments… and looking for my king cake recipes.

BTW - The cover photo is on loan from Zatarain’s.  I prefer my own cooking but I must admit, there’s a box or two of there mixes in my pantry at all times. It’s great when you’re in a hurry.  - And I couldn’t live without their crab boil.
